Guess what!?

Brown paper packages is finally joining the rest of the world, and now has a facebook page!

I'd love to have all of you like me. :)

Check out my left sidebar, I made it easy for you.

In other news, I went through my second ipod in 7 months today, thanks to the rain.

It was raining while I was running, but it wasn't a downpour. I had it either under my jacket, or zipped inside the pocket the whole time.

Right now it's sitting in our 50 lb. bag or rice, and I'm hoping it will magically bring it back to life. I don't think my husband will be too excited about buying a third one in less than year.

I have done the rice thing with 2 i-touches in my house! It worked both times, (and they were actually lying UNDER water for a while!) Just be sure to leave it in for at least a few days!
Good luck!

I thought that ipod's had a year warranty... Do you live by an apple store? They have been helpful for all of our apple products- Maybe give them a try?

Thats ok you are in good company. My mom and dad sat out until 1am by the firepot Friday night dringing wine and mom left her black encased iphone on the deck. We had an inch of rain before dawn. Needless to say after Dad drained a couple of tsp of water her ipnone is in the bag of rice too.

I will definitely "like" you.

Hope the rice helps your iPod. I have done a number on mine because of the cold temps--they're not made to be out in the frigid weather ; (
