{cinnamon roll pancake sauce}

Because I am your friend, I'm going to share with you the most divine way to dress up your pancakes possible. It's called Cinnamon Roll Pancake Sauce, and your life is never going to be the same. I would pass this recipe on to your family, and request it for your Mother's Day breakfast--it will make your day!

It takes less than 5 minutes to make, uses ingredients that are most likely already in your pantry, tastes incredible. If you're craving cinnamon rolls, but don't want to make them, just try this instead!

Cinnamon Roll Pancake Sauce

Melt ¼ c. butter

¾ c. brown sugar
2 T. half and half or milk
1 T. ground cinnamon (I cut this in half)
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cloves

Microwave until bubbly (1-1 ½ min)

1 T.half and half or milk
1 T. flour

Whisk until well blended.

Yowzers! Oh the wonderful things I could do with that sauce!!! I think I'll make it for my mom and dad tomorrow when they come for breakfast. I love easy to whip up, yet oh so tasty sauces that jazz up 'regular' food.

I agree with Michelle that this sauce would taste awesome over vanilla ice cream!!

Thanks for the recipe. I made it this morning for our mothers day / husbands birthday breakfast. We used it on french toast and homemade chunky applesause. So yummy! Even made it gluten free with a little cornstarch instead of flour and dairy free with soymilk and it was a hit with all. It is sure to be a family favorite!
