{friday favorites}

Thank goodness it's Friday--I'm SO ready for the weekend. We are celebrating my babies' birthday, and I can't believe they are turning 2. *sniff sniff*

Friday also means that I have some current favorites to share!  This week is all about food and cleaners.  (What does that say about me?)

1.  Tony's Creole Seasoning

I am in love with Tony.  It is so versatile, and can be added to just about anything from soups to meat to french fries.  It has a little bite to it, so you'll need to tread carefully in the beginning, but you will love it!

2.  Breakstone's Zesty Blends Sour Cream
I saw this at my grocery store last week, and since we are both garlic and sour cream lovers at our house (my son downs the large size of sour cream in less than a week) I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did--it is amazing!!! So good in mashed potatoes, on dolloped on mashed potatoes, and in recipes. I can't wait to try the chipotle flavor...

3.  Greek Yogurt + Crystal Light

Let's just say this is a match made in heaven. I eat Greek Yogurt  with fruit in it every single morning for breakfast, and I love it. Pineapple, Pomegranate,Black Cherry...yum.  Well, my friend Erica sent me a tip from Hungry Girl, who recommended adding Crystal Light drink powder to plain Greek Yogurt.  Brilliant!  Not only is the plain version more than twice the protein (23 grams per serving), adding the powder gives you so many flavor options while adding very few calories.

4.  409 Natural Stone Cleaner

Streaky granite makes me crazy. I admit it.  My kitchen countertops are a dark granite, and while they hide made things, streaks are not one of them.  Even though when it's clean, you can see every swipe that the rag made across the top.  Enter in 409 Natural Stone cleaner.  When I saw it sitting on the shelf, with that "new" tag on it, I just couldn't resist. My husband makes fun of me for being so sucked in, but even he has to admit I was right on this one. It really does clean streak-free, and I'm a very happy girl!

I hope you all have a fabulous weekend! Looking forward...

Our family has a love affair with Tony's too! We give it away for presents and have many of our friends and family addicted to it! Gotta love some spicy cajun!

I love tony's too! I put provolone cheese and tomatoes on a bagel and broil in the oven and top with tony's Delish!!! I love the 409 granite cleaner as well. It has a yummy smell. But I have to tell you about the super cloth you can buy it on amazon and you will never see a streak again. It works great on stainless steel, granite and much more. I can't clean without it!

We are Tony's lovers too! I like to sprinkle it on chicken, grill and then add serve on a bed of pasta Alfredo. Sometimes, I even sprinkle Tony's in my Alfredo sauce. A combination that's different, but SO amazing if you like Creole as much as we do.

Love Tony's and use it on almost everything. Am a huge fan of Greek yogurt, but have never been able to stomach the plain. Am going to try it with the Crystal Light.

Thanks for the tips

How clever- crystal light with yogurt. I hadn't realized the plain had so much more protein!!!!! The crystal light is probably less calories than the choc. chips I often add to mine ;-)

I love Wild Strawberry Crystal Light in the non-fat Greek yogurt. I don't like Crystal Light as a drink, but in the yogurt...somehow it's dee-lish and no icky diet taste!
