{giveaway} e-mealz

Does anyone else have a love/hate relationship with making dinner?  I really love to cook and try new recipes, but that late afternoon time is the hardest and craziest part of the day. I'm always ready to try something that might make that time a little easier.

When E-mealz contacted me and asked if I wanted to try their online menu planning service, I jumped at the chance. I was also excited to see that they offered a gluten-free meal plan, since my little girl and I both eat a gluten-free diet.

"E-mealz is an online menu planning service that offers a menu plan for busy moms or wives. We have over 20 menu plans for a family ranging from 2-6 based on options that include low carb, low fat, point system, and vegetarian as well as different grocery stores and mass retailers. This way we can help families save money based on weekly sales at their chosen grocery store.

Our goal is to provide:

*Delicious family friendly recipes
*Ingredients bought on special and/or at the best price available
*An easy and stress free home-cooked dinner"

How does it work?

Here's a sample meal and a look at a shopping list...

YUM!

The E-Mealz program also factors the weekly cost of ingredients into each menu plan. "Menus are created around a budget of $75 per week for families and $35 per week for couples." (will depend on how many people are in your family)

You are probably wondering how much you would have to pay for a monthly menu, recipes, shopping list, and to save money on all of it...it only costs $5 a month to subscribe!  I think that is an incredible value, especially when you consider the time you'll save in planning menus and creating shopping lists. As a busy mom wanting to save time, money, and maybe a little sanity, I think this is a fabulous way to go!

Check out their blog for recipes, tips on how to simplify your life, organize your days, and plan family fun. You can also find them on Facebook and Twitter.
Guess what!  E-mealz is offering one lucky winner a month subscription!

Here's how you enter: (please leave a separate comment for each entry on THIS post...sorry, no e-mails!)

REQUIRED:  Go to E-mealz and look around, then come back and tell me which meal plan you would choose.

For extra entries:

*Head on over to their blog, and "like" your favorite blog post.

You must be a {brown paper packages} follower to win!

The giveaway will run through Saturday, October 8th, at midnight EST, with the winner being announced on Sunday the 9th.  Good luck!

*Disclaimer:  I was not remunerated for this post, although I did receive a month subscription. I am also an E-mealz affiliate.  ALL opinions are 100% mine, and mine alone.
