{back 2 basics} how does she?

Hello Everyone! We are so excited to be here today! We are the gals from...

Kierste asked us to share one of our favorite back to school ideas. We love this one because it can be used for organizing everyone's busy schedules at home or as a gift to a new teacher with a note from your child.

It's the...

I found these basic ones at the dollar store and knew that they needed a quick makeover if they were ever going to be used and loved!

To start...

1. Choose your paper. Cut around the clip 'thing' at the top.

2. Smear Mod Podge ALL over the board. Try not to get it on the clip, but around it!
3. Place your paper on and squish it. Click here for 10 steps to perfect mod podging.

4. I wanted to make it a tad more fancy and add a ribbon. I used the crop-a-dile and punched a hole in it. Funny thing about daughters were helping me make these clip boards and were in awe that mommy was strong enough to punch a hole through 'wood''s chip board (I didn't tell them).

5. Now to choose which I want to keep and which ones to send to school... ;)

6. Pair this up with some paper, markers, and a kind note and you've got a cute art present for any teacher, friend, or daughter!

Need something to put on your new clipboard? Come on over and check out our free printables for back to school, holidays, teacher appreciation, saying Thank You, and much more!
Have a wonderful day {and thanks for having us!}
